DRIVEN DT40 Racing Oil is formulated specifically for high-performance engines and racing applications. Utilizing advanced synthetic base oils, it provides exceptional high-temperature and high-shear protection for turbocharged and European sports car engines, with or without variable valve timing. By limiting oil vaporization and foaming, DT40 effectively reduces oil consumption.
This engine oil is ideal for modified German, Italian, and British sports car engines, as well as Chrysler 6.4L Hemi engines. It is compatible with E85 and water/methanol injection systems. The viscosity of DT40 is typical of a 5W-40 engine oil.
It is important to note that DRIVEN DT40 Racing Oil is not intended to meet any current API or OEM engine oil specifications. These engine oils are designed solely for high-performance and racing applications, and are not suitable for use in vehicles equipped with catalytic converters.
