TRIAX European Car Engine Oils are a PAO/Ester full synthetic engine oil specifically designed for European diesel and gasoline engines, including those equipped with Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF) and Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems, which require a low ash lubricant. These oils prevent the clogging of DPF filters and SCR systems.
The engine oils feature built-in molybdenum/boron friction modifiers, providing outstanding protection beyond normal lubricants. They offer exceptional turbocharger protection, with high thermal stability that prevents turbocharger deposits and ash buildup, significantly increasing turbocharger life.
The oils ensure smooth, quiet engine operation and a stable, fluid power curve. They are compatible with a wide range of European and US vehicles requiring a 5W-30 engine oil, and exceed the requirements for all API-rated engine oils. These oils are approved for use in all US and European vehicles requiring a 5W-30 engine oil, including those with VW 507.00/504.00, BMW LL01, 04, and many others, as well as US vehicles requiring an API-rated 5W-30 engine oil.
Additionally, the TRIAX European Car Engine Oils are compatible with all Mercedes-Benz BlueTec engines, as well as VW, BMW, and Audi diesel and gasoline engines requiring a 5W-30 or 5W-40 engine oil.
